Stampin' for the Weekend DT - "Alterations"

Challenge 9 "Alterations".

Over at Stampin' for the Weekend this week we are supposed to
take an item that you either have in your home or have bought to "alter in some form" by decorating it, ie a tin, jar, book, binder, box, clipboard, etc.

Our sponsor this week is Die Cut Dreams.

Susie is offering this lovely prize worth £20 of wonderful die cuts.

I have made a belt to decorate a Cookie Box.
It is possible to remove the belt, so you can wash the box:O)

To make the belt, I have used Brown Bazzill Basic
Design Paper from Rayher
Flowers and leaves from my stash
Ribbon

Image is "Gingerbread" from Ladybug and Friends
The sentiment is a recipe for Gingerbread(in Norwegian).
I have coloured with my Derwent Watercolour Pencils and waterbrush.

The borders are punched with Geo Punch "Lace" and "Cosmos".

My fellow DT members have come up with some amazing projects again this week.
Head on over to Stampin' for the Weekend to have a look at their creations:O)

Here is the card I made.

Design Papers form Nicole Hinrichs, Rayher and Vintage Beauty.

I have made the image by masking three stamps:
Tilda and Swirl from Magnolia, and "Skating" from Stampavie.

I have coloured with my Derwent Watercolour Pencils and Waterbrush.
For embellishment I have used blue Gem hearts, Quickutz Snowcrystals, roses and ribbon.

Inside my card there is room for a personal note.
On the left I have masked Tilda to use only the skates.

On the back I have my personal "Handmade by" stamp from Scrapmagasinet.
