Stampin' for the Weekend # 26

First of all I have to say THANK YOU for all those fantastic cards last week.
Great take on my sketch, Ladies!!!

We have come to Stampin' for the Weekend

Challenge #26 - Christmas

This week we would like to see a Gift Card and Tag,
with the colour combination of Lilac and Silver please.

Here is my DT card:O)

I have made a card attached to two matchboxes, one to put a giftcard inside, and one to put some chocolate in:O)

I went for this cute digi image, "Sleepy Time Angel" designed by Michelle Perkett.
You can find her in Michelle's Etsy store:O)

I have coloured with watercolour pencils and watertank brush.

I have used grey bazzil basic to make this card.
DP's are from Karen Foster Design, Bo Bunny, Scrapbooking Moments and Basicgrey.

The star behind the image is folded using this tutorial.

Ribbon and silver tull is from stash.

Sentiment on the tag is from "Siddispladå" North Star Stamps
"Hug"

The sentiment in lower right corner I have made on my computer.
"Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year"

In this picture you see the drawers open.


This is a picture of the left side of my card.
Flowers are from stash. I have added some silver gel pen to the roses.



This is the right side of the card, you see the drawers under the main card.

Inside the main card I have two smaller folded stars, and there is room for some nice words.

Phindy's Place challenge meets Allsorts.



We got this cute image as a freebie for the first challenge over at Phindy's Place Challenge,

"Holiday Glitter".

Allsorts week #28 want us to take inspiration from

a Christmas carol or a song title.


Every last day of school before Christmas Holidays the Children go to Church, and every time they sing "En stjerne skinner i natt", "A Star is Shining tonight",
and every time I start crying:OI

I found a clip over at YouTube where a girl is singing this carol in English and Norwegian,
well, tell me what you think, I'm crying:OI

Here is a close up picture taken in the sun:O) It was up here for five minutes.

I have coloured with watercolour pencils and watertank brush.

I have added some "Star Dust" Stickles here and there, to make it sparkle:O)

Gem hearts are from stash

The sentiment on the front I have written on the computer and printend out.

I have coloured with watercolour pencils and watertank brush.

I have added some Distress stickles.

The sentiment on the front is computer generated.

Michelle Perkett meets Sketch Saturday



Michelle Perkett has a colour challenge over at her PCP page,

Challenge #5 -
BLUE, GREEN, WHITE, AND A SPLASH OF RED

and I found this sketch over at Sketch Saturday #78.



I have flipped the sketch.

The image is "Enchanted Slumber Fairy" made by Michelle Perkett.
I have coloured with my watercolour pencils and watertank brush.

Edged are punched with Geo Punch "Daisy"

Sentiment is a dialect sentiment from my home town, Stavanger:O)
"Congratulations with the little one"
This is from a set bought from North Star Stamps, "Siddispladå"

To make my fairy sparkle I have added some "Star Dust" Stickles.
On this picture I used flash light.

Inside I have used a fab sentiment:

"If your able to smile when everything goes wrong,
If you can bless every bad luck you get,
Then you know the way of living,
Then you know everything is possible."

The Pixie Cottage Challenge #3



I found this fabulous sketch over at The Pixie Cottage challenge #3.

A classmate in my daughter's class is moving, and the rest of the pupils wanted to give her something special. I made a folder so they could write her some letters, and put all of them inside the folder.

The image is "Dancing Angel Bear" from Robyn Fetish.

I have coloured with my watercolour pencils and watertank brush.

At first i didn't like the idea of making a pink Christmas card, but I think it turned out quite pretty:O)

Well, for this week I have made this sketch for you to play with:O)

We all get the feeling that Christmas is around the corner, so I thought this cute Motivet image would be a great prize to one lucky winner:O)
