Pernille's Creation:O)

Pernille has wanted to make a card or something for a while, so this week we have been crafting while the big kids where at school. We had so much fun, and Pernille, turning four in October, is so patient and precise, it is a pleasure working with her:O)

I folded a milk carton for her. We went to a local Scrap store, so she could do some shopping.
She went to the box of flowers, and started picking. She bought some other stash too, but didn't use it this time.

She wanted the two Tildas to be princesses, so I did some masking.

Then it was time to do some colouring. She was sooooo pleased to borrow my watercolour pencils, and looked forward to use the waterbrush, adult stuff she sayed:O)

Pernille stamped the swirls, I made a "door".

Pernille went trough my patterned papers, and found some for the sky, and some for the sea.

The fairy, cloud and sun is cut out from the sky-paper.
Pernille bought the ribbon.

Here is some closeup pictures of the images.
She was so pleased with the waterbrush. She was very satisfied with her work:O)
She added some Stickles, to make it sparkle.

Hope you like Pernille's little creation:O)
(With a little helping hand)

Hugs from Pernille and Nancy.

Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge #13.

WOW did we have lots of wonderful entries last week! Thank you Ladies:O)

We have now reached Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge #13.

The theme for this week is set by our own Kimmi:

Babies

Kimmi's little daughter, Poppy, turned one year yesterday,
so she'd like to see baby related cards or projects
Christening, naming ceremony, 1st birthday, new baby etc...
So long as it has a baby theme...

Well, here is my DT card for this week.

The wonderful image is a digital stamp design

- Enchanted Slumber Fairy

from lovely Michelle.
I have coloured it with my Derwent Watercolour Pencils and waterbrush.
I have used clear heat embossing powder on the dress,
and some pigment ink to get the wings a bit sparkling.

For the card I have used Burguny Bazzil basic
The Dp is from Daisyd's
Flowers, charms, ribbons and pearls are from my stash.

I have glued the purple ribbon on the back of the image, put it round the card......

........and made a gate behind the personal "Handmade by" stamp on the back of my card.
That way the folded card is easier to open, since the ribbon is not stuck.

As a prize for this week's winner, Kimmi is offering these lovely

Whiff of Joy Willow with baby and the Sentiment stamps.

Please make sure to stop by Stampin' for the Weekend to have a look at the wonderful creations the rest of the DT have come up with:O)

Don't forget to stop by lovely Erin, our Guest Designer, and give her some love too.

Hope to see you all in this week's challenge.
Have a wonderful day.

Hugs;O)

Midnight Madness Sketch Week #15 (MMSC15)

I found this wonderful sketch over at

To make this card I have used Gray Bazzil Basic
Design papers from Rayher and paperdesign.no

The image is SK8R BOY from Sugar Nellie
I have coloured with my Derwent Watercolour Pencils and waterbrush

My son was going to a birthday party again, so I made this a Birthday card.
Inside there is a pocket to put money in.
The sentiment sayes Happy Birthday,
and I used Heatembossing powder on it.
On the right I have stamped the same image as on the front,
but this time I used Versa Mark Watermark Stamp pad.

The ribbon and hand-eyelets are from my stash.
The charm was something my son had in his stash, and he thought it was perfect to the image.

On the back of my card I have my personal "Handmade by" stamp from Scrapmagasinet.

Hope you liked it, thanks for droppin' by:O)

Stampin' for the Weekend - Challenge #12

It's Friday, and over at Stampin' for the Weekend we have come to

Challenge #12 - A Colour Scheme

This week's challenge is a color scheme of pink and gray.

Our sponsor for this week is Windrush Cards & Crafts,

Alison is offering this cute Happy Hoppers stamp "The Spot Light"
as a prize for the lucky winner.

Over to my DT card for this week's pink and gray challenge.
As a base of this card I have used Pink Bazzil Basic.
I cut out a 6"X6" square from the Bazzil, and folded the corners.
(Folded it is sized 10X10 cm)
I have made a belt to hold the card closed.

As you can see I have attached the image and sentiment to the belt.
The image is from Sugar Nelli,
and the sentiment is from the Stampin' Up! set I got from Rach:O)
The Swirls are from Inkadinkado. They are stamped with Versa Color "Silver".

Design Papers are from Aunt Gerti's Garden and a local store, Nille.
I have coloured with my Derwent Watercolour Pencils and waterbrush.
Borders are punched with Geo Punch "Daisy".

On the back of the belt I have placed my personal "Handmade by" stamp from Scrapmagasinet.

This is what I have for today. Make sure to stop by Stampin' for the Weekend to have a look on the amazing creations my fellow DT members have come up with this week.

Don't forget to stop by Erin who is our Guest Designer this week.
